We are the ones who make the choice about the foods we put into our mouth and how we care for our health. This video shows us how we can take control of our health and energy by eating raw foods and making smoothies of fresh fruits and greens. The author discusses how her illnesses and that of her husband and son was turned around by eating fresh raw foods and juices. She shows us how to be in tune with our bodies and realize that we are what we eat. Many times we turn to fabricated nutrients which our bodies cannot recognize when natural nutrients are available in many of these raw foods. Water is also an important ingredient in our diets and many of us don’t pay attention to what kind of water we drink. High levels of nitrates are very unhealthy and can cause problems to our internal organs. Some waters have nitrate level higher than 5 when it should be less than 1. Since we are mainly made of water shouldn’t we pay attention to what kind of water we are drinking and drink more water?
